Pro audio provider The Warehouse Sound Services has reported a surge in interest in d&b audiotechnik’s Y Series point source and line array loudspeakers following a presentation at their Glasgow premises this week.
The presentation follows positive feedback about the Y-Series at this year’s inaugural PLASA Focus at the SECC.
The Warehouse Sound Services has 25 years of experience as a leading d&b audiotechnik UK Sales Partner and is one of only two UK sales partners in d&b’s newly restructured sales network.
The event was the first time customers in the North were given the opportunity to see and hear the new d&b Y series of loudspeakers up close and personal. Over 40 industry representatives from across the UK attended and the event generated unprecedented demand.
Janet Murray, sales manager of The Warehouse commented, “The response to the d&b Y Series range has been phenomenal. In our history we’ve never witnessed such a huge turnout for a product demonstration. There is no doubt that the hype around the Y- Series is justified. The range is fantastic and the industry seems to agree.”
Steve Jones of d&b GB Education and Application Support headed up the presentation alongside The Warehouse Team. Steve commented, “This range of speakers can handle just about any type of job in just about any type of venue; from the smallest gig with a single Y7P or Y10P point source to a large event with a Y8 and Y12 line array.”
